They sent me another jacket. Correct level of protection, correct material, correct handedness, correct size, but, and I know what I did to deserve this (exist, apparently), MEN'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now walking over to Blade and seeing if they have anything viable in stock. I'll just buy it and then send this back and get a refund from this incompetent company.
