Nope. replies to other comments in other journals seem to go out but ones in my journal show up a day or two late, in random order and not all of them.

It does make sense! Though unfortunately, (as is probably rather obvious), the internet connection I was using last night promptly ceased to work entirely after letting me get that one comment through. And now everything is good, so email will work.
