I hope that you will take this as a compliment because it is intended to be such.

I would not call you a man or a woman, based on what I have read in your journal over the last year or so; I would call you a lady.

A lady approaches the world with poise and grace and uses good manners not as arbitrary rules in which to trap the unwary, but rather as a balm to comfort the lost and confused and a weapon to punish the cruel and vicious. A real lady always rises in defense of those she perceives as in need and fights for them to the full extent of her abilities, whatever they may be.

I use the term lady rather than gentleman not as a gender biased concept, but rather as an acknowledgement of the traditional difference in the expectations of the roles to be fulfilled by gentlemen and gentlewomen.

I may just be a lurker, but I really do listen:-)

And I realise that this may be somewhat off of the main topic, but I always get grumpy when I hear about people forcing gender issues. It may not personally affect me, but I have seen too many people ground up and spit out about it to not be sensitive on the subject.
