Right, because I KNEW if I just sat on the hotel thing long enough some RIDICULOUS deal would show up on Orbitz. So I can have a stupid budget hotel misery, or I can stay at a five star hotel in Canary Wharf for the same price. Ha. Fuckers.

My other night in London remains, for now, far less glamorous or absurd. (In fact, I've booked none of my other hotel stuff yet other than this first night in London, because I'm still dithering about stupid things).

Actually, it is 24 hours before! even more excellent!
It is hidden away, in their fine print. A friend who spends half his life on a plane pointed me to it!
Looks like the pricing has gone up a wee bit, still... to get a long haul flight upgrade to first at 220 roundtrip... whut!
