This is great! I was kind of hoping you'd do this square (which reminds me, I need to finish editing mine). Shaving is one of those kinks I really like even though I probably wouldn't act on it. You have a neat set up, and I like Thomas. And again, I really like how you portray Jack and Ianto as Dom/sub.
