Coyote was just saying he'd spotted a cavalcade of about thirty naked cyclists, one of whom was painted up with a decent reproduction of his anti-BP icon. Not quite what Bloomberg and his merry men had in mind, I suspect, when he was trying to incentivize bicycle use in NYC.
