If you have to be near the conference itself, there is a 'tutus for T___' (boy who is dying) in which lots of BHers will wear tutus for the whole conference - there will be a crafting session early to make them. What tutus have to do with a 4-5 year-old boy w/terminal illness I have no clue, but there ya go...
