I think in DC too. First time I heard "rotary" was outside of Boston. And I don't think we even have the things in the immediate New York area.

There are at least a few in Westchester. I don't know of any in NYC itself, but I don't drive down that way very often. Not sure about New Jersey near the city either, except that they're big on that weird jughandle thing.
