I have ... mixed feelings... about (fem?)slash. On one hand, it's a great way for women to express themselves, and to subvert the dominant paradigm, especially by featuring M2M action. OTOH, there is often a lack of acknowledgement that when written by (and/or for) het women, they are exercising some serious het privilege in writing about M2M sex from their perspective.
