Info needed ASAP for an LJ'er.

They are having a hard time finding available resource to call on a Sunday night at 9pm there.

I figure there's 1,200 of you all over the place, anyone know anything. People are totally on the Google, so we're sort of looking for locals with better info than we can find.

112 is the emergency phone number on all GSM phones. It might help to know you can call this number without a SIM card in the phone.

The 010190071 number is church-run, it seems. That might help, or not.
