That's been making the rounds, and believe me, I've been thinking about that as well. Wow.

That was deeply satisfying.

I'd do it, but my list is so long and would offend probably everyone and I can't really afford to do that :(

That was very cathartic. As my father always says, joke 'em if they can't take a fuck.

That's what I said- be dealing with the fall out for years to come if I did it. I'm just gonna read that one, read the ones linked to, laugh til I hiccup and dissolve into a little puddle of tears. I am repressed as all get out.

...I feel like doing this would not be good for me. Listing out all the reasons I should be agitated is rarely helpful at anything but making me more agitated.

I think the only way it would be beneficial is sort of in the Buddhist "liberation upon arising" way, in which each instant, or item, is released completely as it is mentioned (or better yet and more skillfully, *as it occurs*). There is a world of difference between digging out a list of people and things that pissed you off over the last 26378 months and retraumatising yourself over each little dead event, versus reaching saturation point *right now* about these many things--she comes across to me in this instance as having reached saturation point on a cumulative pile o' shit, as opposed to digging up every crime against her from first grade or anything. That's different than this shifty guy in our town who makes a giant long paper, yards long, and writes all mean stuff on it like "Jim Smith [madeup name] is a crime against humanity. Jim Smith must be eliminated" and then he parades up and down in front of the post office/federal court--*that* is very dubious.
