While cleaning my room I decided to try the Internet connection again.

And this time, when I unplugged and replugged the cable modem in it worked!

Now I have to go to work, but I am back from the digitally dead. Which means fic things will get done tonight and I can attend to the rest of my life.

But but but, even so -- most exciting thing ever. The pacing of it! Snape finally doing something of note in a trailer. The darkness (and I don't mean of the crappy video-ing)! Aie. This is the world of HP in my head, at last.

In other nerdliness, I am not a Dr. Who fan, but I saw an episode of the latest one (with the weirdly scrumptuous David Tennant as the Doctor) last night on sci-fi with the worl orbiting a black hole and the fallen Lucifer as a power source, and it was hands down one of the creepiest coolest things I've ever seen. I'm just saying.

Ever since I saw a few with tsarina when she was here, I have become obsessed with the paintings of Jack Long I doubt I will be in the right sort of money for it in January (or really any time soon), but he's having a solo show and Giant Robot then and I will so be going whistfully.
