The best I can offer at the moment is the earlier post in which I outlined what happened in my office yesterday. It's hardly inspiring, but it's good for a laugh.

Something inspiring...I biked the five miles to the gym, did a weights workout and still had the energy afterward to bike home faster than the route out!
