Looking for actors (any age, race, gender) with chihuahuas (or non-actors with chihuahuas who think they and their dog(s) might be comfortable on camera or are willing to supervise while we film with the dog) for 7-minute mockumentry for Tropfest Tribeca. The more chihuahuas the better -- any type, any color, fiesty (even ill-tempered) is fine.

Please have a sense of humour, as the idea is a wacky spin on the urban legends surrounding the sewers of New York (don't worry, neither you nor your chihuahua has to go anywhere near a sewer).

If interested please send letter of interest, your photo and resume if applicable, and info on chihuahuas involved.

Also looking for a DP (with gear) and an editor. Non-union only! No pay (credit, copy, expenses covered -- transport, food, etc.). Should only be one or two shoot days in late January or early February.

If it does actually get made, absolutely. There are a lot of pain-in-the-ass barriers to it, including persuading chihuahua owners that this twisted shit isn't out of any disataste for the dogs.
