This reminds me, I was thinking of you today and I wanted to tell you, if you have not yet tried a Bumblebar, do try them. They are absolutely delicious and gluten free. I snack on them between classes. The Luscious Lemon is my favorite- it's not acidic at all, just tasty.

Oh, they are so so good. You can get them at whole foods. They are mostly seeds, some have nuts or crisped rice also. And SO delicious. And they have an unusual taste, not something toward the typical American palate.
