I loved the club scene, only because I'm not nor have I ever been a full time member of that scene. I still loved the look and feel and sexines to it, and it totally worked with Merovingian and Persephone. But I think that you're dead on with the "twist it" bit - it was very pedestrian compared to what else they've done design-wise with this franchise. And also? Give us more of it. Because it was pointless as it stood, just eye candy, nothing else. It served no point.
