Check comments for my rant.

ETA:

Discussion ensues. Poster asks me to contact tthem about the writing gig. I send a long note that does not, in fact, mention the fact that my Snape-like verbal nastiness once again only serves to improve my world.

Are you kidding? Desk yoga is one of THE issues of our times!

*giggle* Important issues like Desk Yoga! And Beauty tips! Good snark.

Curious, have we (likely, very short) "You're Stuy class of '90 too?" conversation?

Nooooo, we haven't. Did we go to school together? Too weird.

Apparently so, from our listed schools (I should get around to looking you up in the yearbook. Maybe some time I'm not working on migrating my domain). Mind, if we ever interacted, I have no memory of this.

I was in homeroom with [livejournal.com profile] chite. (finally got sort-of-back in touch with her after I ran into her at Pennsic). Actually, my first dance experience was the ballroom dance gym class at Stuy (where I spent much of the time dancing with [livejournal.com profile] chite, oddly enough.

Spent most of my time playing bridge, chess, board games, RPGs, and hanging out with the SF/second RPG club.

I knew [livejournal.com profile] chite decently well in high school, so if we ever interacted, it was probably through her. [livejournal.com profile] nyghtowl is also from our year.

Likely, yeah -- we were fairly friendly, though I spent more time hanging out with Noah, Brian, Sean, Victor, and that crowd (totally lost track with that crew, though I've friended Brian, er, [livejournal.com profile] citruscommand). I did do a bit of theatre senior year, but was pretty introverted.

I noticed nyghtowl in my crawl through Stuy 1990, but if he's someone I ever knew, I can't tell.

I remember Victor or at least a Victor I presume to be the one you are talking about.

Noah... well there were a lot of people named Noah. I can't help but wonder if it's the one I dated, whose last name I can't even remember so as to be much help. Similarly, which Brian?
