Many of you have heard my story about almost getting hit my lightening on the Washington Mall on July 4 when I was 18. Well, apparently, the Mall has just been evacuated due to tornado warnings.

OH! There was a lightening strike within about 20 feet of us at like 11am (so it wasn't crowded yet, we were just hanging around for whatever reason) and it knocked me (others too) off my feet. So while I was afraid of storms before that, that shit justified it.

Hahaha. It's doing this weird ringlets thing lately, and I have no idea whether it's because of the dry heat or heavy water or having it tied back all the time or what, but it's rather amusing.
