i just bought boring groceries but that made me feel accomplished. Lord knows why.

Also, a leter _and_ a postcard from Patty. We're able to chat briefly most days now, but this world of letters is so charming. Also -- rocks and wild thyme!

If you can find me a gluten free cake recipe I will do this for you. I already own the castle cake pan and I NEED this. Because I will make a squid cake for my friend's wedding.

If I can convince Stewart to let me make carnivorous octopus cakes to go with the sand castle cakes for her wedding, I'm going to do it. (One needs to justify a $32 dollar cake pan, I got the castle one as a gift)
