Thank you all for birthday wishes -- I'm still going back through everything and saying thank yous for thoughts and virtual cupcakes and brains and the like.

Patty and I had an excellent dinner, I was gifted with lovely flowers and excellent DVDs, we got icecream and then came home and actually had time to spend together for the first time in days (the beginning of the week is hard on us both schedule-wise). Today I have to go to work while she sleeps in, then I'll do errands and come home and nap, but wow, I am so glad the weekend, and the long weekend at that, is here.

We're going to get my desk into the office this weekend I think.
