I can has awesome

I'm the featured book on my publishers new website. The lefthand news bar seems to indicate I will be getting a quote from DatM, I've sold some more copies and I have galleys I need to finish with by tonight.

Also, wow, did hot water kick ass this morning or what?

Awesome, congratulations! :D Have you been talking to DatM, or has the publisher?

I'm curious to get your reaction to the dancing woman thing that's been going around. Do you look at her form and say "well, clearly X isn't right" and that throws you off however we're supposed to react? Anyway, I think it's cool, even though I don't buy into the left/right brain thing.

The publisher has been talking to them at my suggestion.

It's entirely clockwise for me, and no matter how much I stare at it I can't make it go the other way although I understand what people are saying to me about it. I'm left-handed, so this makes sense. Of course I am right-brained. And all those things describe my native instincts. My logic and pragmatism are hard won (obligatory, Snape is _so_ left-handed rant here).

when I tried it the first time, she was going counter-clockwise. tonight, clockwise. when I read the text to the left, she switched directions. then, as I looked at her, she sped up jerked, and switched directions.

it was very, very odd.

scroll down so that you only see her feet. Or some other way so you see only her head. I was convinced it was clockwise until I did that.

when I looked at her feet, I could switch back and forth and see her going either direction.

Oh, thank you, awesome! From Amazon or another site (I'm trying to keep track of orders I know about to crack their algorhytms).

From amazon.com (not .ca - I don't even bother with the Canadian version of the site).
