- I woke up to a broken toilet.

- Then I stepped in cat spit.

- It seems like I will be on Philcon programming (more tonight).

- I am using the following as a stock answer to HP homophobes now: JKR describes her books as a prolonged plea for tolerance. While I don't always think she went about that in the best way on several fronts, and could probably happily argue many political/social nuances with her, so many reactions in this forum and others make it clear just how necessary that plea for tolerance regrettably remains.

- We're going to see Les Mis a week from tomorrow.

- My uncle flies in today and we're supposed to have lunch

- Mom had her drains out yesterday and we shoudl get teh pathology report tomorrow.

- My toe bends again, but it hurts like hell each night after limping on it all day, so I'm off fencing until Monday.
