- Pretty pissed on Patty's coat. So I ran it over to the dry cleaners this morning and they assure me that this is no problem to get the smell and stain out. The ink stain that's been on the coat forever though? No go.

- Home Internet has mysteriously started working again.

- Waiting on contract for a cool but completely not time intensive writing gig.

- Owe a shitload of people email.

- Still need to tell you people the cool Snarry fandom story.

- I am wondering if I can qualify for SFWA as an Affiliate member due to the Gather thing, the new thing I can't talk about yet and my silly HP trivia book contract. Why does the thought of putting myself in front of that particular dart board make me want to puke though?

I'm loving the ambiguity of this sentence. It required a moment's thought before I realized Pretty was a proper noun, and this shouldn't be read as your being unhappy regarding the coat. Also, I like the alliteration.

Just FYI, SFWA is negligibly useful even to its full members, and I can't think of anything they do that makes it worth paying dues to be an affiliate.
