BTW, did Amazon send you a shipping notice yet?

Not yet! They sent me something a couple weeks ago saying they wouldn't ship until after Christmas, and I haven't heard anything since.

Email customer service and ask them why, since the book is currently in stock. I've actually had people cancel orders and replace them to get prompt shipping. It's ridiculous.
