So, as I've written about I am brinign a basket to Patty's for New Year's Eve. This isn't the host gift for her parents (that's a good panetone), but something for us because it's narratively hillarious.

Contents under the cut tag. She may restrain herself form knowledge or not as she wishes.


- bottle of raspberry wine for local winery
- cream biscuits
- brandy cream
- strawberry and raspberry jam from local producer
- sharp cheddar from local producer
- icelandic chocolate
- homebaked iced cookies
- german raspberries/blackberries candy
- marzipan pigs, if I can find them (this gets harder every year as more old New York things in Germantown pass out of the world).

And here's the really batshit part. Because I thought modern packaging (read: plastic) would ruin the concept, I repacked things as needed so everything is in paper or glass.

I could, but I'd like not to have another task for tomorrow. Also I'm not sure I would form pigs effectivly. I'm sort of a retard when it comes to art.

The ones I made before were really just balls stuck together, like little pig snowmen. I can understand wanting them pre-done though.
