- I am behind on email and almost all forms of communication. I am slowly catching up. Sorry and thanks for your patience.

- Patty and I have been enjoying the joys of the ice-cream maker. We had a mint-chocolate chip ice-cream last week, and I made a lime sherbet last night.

- I still haven't written about our awesome but weird dinner at Megu.

- I also still haven't written about my aunt.

- I finally put in my DragonCon app today.

Well, awesome. As of now, I have no idea what the Dragon*Con situation is going to be like, because a) I have to get accepted as a guest first and b) I have to sort stuff out with my publisher and c) I've never been before!

I love the parade and being able to watch the Masquerade on hotel TV whilst drinking (plus, I have not yet actually gone to Trader Vics in costume, which I will need to fix this year.)Anyway, do keep us posted and Mai Tais on me!:)

I cannot wait to reach my goal weight so that I can pull out my ice cream maker again. Of course, it was partially responsible for the 30 extra pounds in the first place. But I'll be much more reasonable about it this time around.

we've been playing with our machine, too. You should get the Ben & Jerry's recipe book. All the old flavors they discontinued are in there. We've been having a blast with it. Strawberry is the latest concoction.
