Honey flavored ice cream? Now THAT is interesting. Is she using a ice cream making device, or some by scratch salt - and - ice method?

We have a machine, but you have to cook the recipe yourself, we just have a machine it goes in at the end.

Cool! When you get a moment ( heh as if ) can you give me the name/model of the machine? All the ones I find out here require you to use their crap - laden mixes. I've got all the basics , but I'm not chucking out for the kitchen aid mixer / ice cream bowl set just yet!

Aside , does she heat the honey to make it pour easily ?
