Bought my ticket to LA.

On Virgin America. Now all I need to do is replace my cute luggage piece that was stolen and find my giant bug-eyed sunglasses. I hate LA, but I sort of love flying there. I'm going to be gorgeous.

Flying VA is like being a rockstar for the duration of your flight. I'm a loyal customer and hope you like flying them as much as I do.

LA's not all bad. I've been here for sixteen years and have learned the Art of Avoidance. The nice thing about it being spread out is that there's ample opportunity to bypass a lot of the things about it that suck. Like, the entirety of Beverly Hills, for example.

Thanks. I'll be drinking and geeking in an airport hotel the whole time, and I flew VA to SF when it first opened, so I'm looking forward to doing it again.

Woot!

I flew VA when they were still sort of beta-testing (the inflight entertainment system went down at one point, which was terribly amusing since we all got to see that VA runs on... Linux! /geek), but they were still fabulous. Might fly them again, just because they did such a good job, though I imagine it won't be as cheap as last time.
