- Bought white corderoy jeans at Uniqlo. They are skinny hipster jeans, but they tuck into boots (the only way I would ever wear them) really well and fit my thighs like a dream. I need to go get them in a whole bunch of other colors, and if I can find the right shade, may be the perfect first piece of a Browncoat outfit.

- The trains were really fucked this morning.

- New awesome food thing -- chicken with olive oil and carmelized balsamic vinegar. We won't discuss my idiocy cooking it last night that involve melting tupperware to one of our burners though.

Argh, agreed with you on the trains, though the subways were even more screwy over the weekend.

I once melted a plastic plant pot to one of our burners. Man, that was a long time ago, now that I think about it! The plant that was in it survived, amazingly. (Unfortunately, it did not survive a subsequent fall from a fifth-story balcony railing.)
