Not all raw food is great, and by and large I've found it matches the flavour palette of Japanese food more than Western food, and this has some of that same mild, highly nuanced non-acidic flavour thing going on, but it's killer good.
The cacao isn't mixed through the cookie -- it's like a vanilla cookie with a blob on top, so mostly the agave is texture and sweetening for that, although I think there's some in the rest of it for sticking -- although the oils from nuts and coconut tend to hold raw stuff together pretty well.
Yes. And unlike pretty much all other sweets, it satisfies me that I don't have to et like five billion of them. No other ingrdients. I eat them and I feel smarter. High on the fat from the nuts, but way healthy as far as such stuff goes.
