Bwahahahahahahha. The best part was the line about "because she had only just seen the movie"

Yeah, but it's likely not true (plagerism?). I tend to mistrust "sources" with consistently bad spelling within the article.

And here's this update. (http://community.livejournal.com/ohnotheydidnt/34323566.html)

I know. I was laughing about it late last night and then I noticed the spelling. Shame. But the rumor is still funny.

Oh, thank god. Maybe civilization won't collapse under the weight of our own bad taste after all.

I love the fact that the author of the imnotobsessed article couldn't believe that the possible-original-author couldn't have seen the movie or known the plot. Because it's a viral obsession and the general plot 'girl falls in love with a vampire' is so uncommon!

damn
makes me wish she'd realized this WAY earlier so that the first movie could have never been made and i could have those 2 hours of my life back (although while the movie was playing i did get a bit of work done on some projects, but still... IT'S IN MY BRAIN NOW AND WILL NEVER LEAVE!)

Oh, I wanted this to be true! I'm going to pretend that it is.

Unlikely to be true, but hilarious to watch unfold. *settles back with tea*

I haven't read the books OR watched the movie. Because I'm 'into' YA fiction I know what they're about, but anyone NOT into such things, with four small children, who watches Sesame Street all day long, could easily overlook it.

Stephanie Meyer has always claimed her idea for Twilight came from a dream. Now, what if that dream was inspired by her college roomate's short story, which I can believe S.M read or had read to her by said roomate?

Will be interesting to watch if the story is true.

I don't know if this is real or not, but would you really be surprised? I mean it came to her in dream? Really?
