There's one line in that article that pisses me off.

According to the group, the ad will call "gay marriage advocates to account for their unwillingness to debate the real issue: gay marriage has consequences."

What consequences? Do they mean two people who love each other being able to enter into a government recognized contract?

So many things about NOM piss me off. This is just the latest.

One underlying thesis of the NOM insanity is that they are implying that given the option to choose same sex marriage, so many people will that the species will end or societal structure as we know it will change radically to be unrecognizable. And it sounds crazy, unless you're reading Oprah articles about "women leaving men for women!" with a paranoid eye. I want to see NOM admit how insane they are. I want these scary conservative loons to tell me they believe gay relationships are more appealing to people than straight ones. Because it's batshit. But I want to hear them cop to it.
