aww, they are so cute
and poor pup, he's trying to go down the up escalator and not getting anywhere

they remind me of these 2 strays that were up in glacier park - they would roam the whole side of the mountain and beg the tourists for food

Have you seen the cat who regularly rides the bus to the fish and chip shop?

Edit: I see that the cat is mentioned at the end of the article already.

That is one of the coolest things I've ever seen!

I read about this somewhere else recently, I think in a Russian paper. There was another feral child discovered recently who was raised entirely by dogs. I think she's 8 or so.

Alas, she wasn't raised entirely by dogs, her parents "just" abused her and didn't love her -- but the dogs did, so she acts like one.

The final dog in that article looks so much like our dear old Lar, who's been dead since 1989, though Lar's ears were floppier. She was a stray who adopted my husband, and had one of the highest IQs I've ever encountered in a canine. Extremely healthy and robust physique, too, and died at the age of at least 14. Hybrid vigor FTW.

I wonder if they ever get into territorial fights with packs of wild chihuahuas.

I know, right? The pictures themselves are rather funny/cute, and yet the story behind them - that feral dogs are running around Moscow in numbers - is tragic.

"They jump on the train seconds before the doors shut, risking their tails getting jammed. They do it for fun. And sometimes they fall asleep and get off at the wrong stop."
Cutest thing ever. And I don't even really care for dogs.

Total non sequitur, but apparently the current Torchwood con in Chicago has been cursed by gypsies, or pissed off the Fay, or something.

Jesus, we were hoping the Tom Price rumours were just that. I'd already heard about JB's injury and Kai Owen's sad news. Christ.
