I need a cheap, reliable, no drama hosting service that will makes things as uncomplex as possible for me in terms of registering a domain name and allowing me to update my site via FTP whenever, and in terms of not dinging me on transfer fees. I Google, and 8-billion things come up, and it's too much for my poor little brain.

I host two websites with http://www.dreamhost.com - they have been reliable, inexpensive and very easy to work with. I have hosted "mystrys" there for going on two years now and they haven't gone down once in that time!! Mystrys is very graphic intensive but I haven't had an issue.. Best of luck -Mystrys
