rmRemember when I lost my phone? Well I didn't report it lost right away, because then they shut it off, and I was hoping whoever had it would answer when I called it, so I could get it back. (also, I was on an audition line, so i couldn't do anything for three hours).
Well whoever had it called Santo Domingo on it. A lot. And Sprint won't take off the charges. I am so vastly irritated. They told me I should be happy with a $6 courtesy credit.
I somehow managed to remain calm, make it clear to the person on the phone it wasn't her fault and still express how much unbelieveable aggravation this company has provided me with over the years.
