I imagine Jack and John did all sorts of unbelievably batshit stuff, some of it of this ilk (but you gotta wonder if either of them had the attention span for it) to each other and to third parties during their Time Agency days. Certainly, I've had Jack allude to similar in other stories, and I'd be surprised if it didn't come up again.
