I'm particularly fond of silk duponi because it holds its shape (which would be good for a cut like the above) and has a glow about it, but doesn't shine, because of the texture of the weave.
I'd add a rhinestone brooch at the waist or two little rhinestone somethings where the straps meet the cups and tiny little diamond/rhinestone stud earrings (which you can get that are magnetic, so no need to repierce) and maybe a delicate little chain with a tiny pendant.
If you don't like the full skirt, a competent seamstress would be able to make it a strait skirt, with little difficulty.
