Aha, you lucked out! Well, if it's photographing badly or otherwise being a hassle, temp-dye it; if not, don't worry about it. For now, it might be worth temp-dyeing or Photoshopping it out of headshots, until it hits the magic stage of photographing awesome.
Like you said, Hollywood wants you with different hair, they'll buy it for you - cut, dye, wig, whatever. So if you aren't being photographed at the moment, go with what you want.
