Actually, speaking of neurosis-related sartorial matters: I am briefly cosplaying Arthur for an Inception photoshoot at Gallifrey. DO NOT BE THE PERSON WHO THINKS I AM COSPLAYING IANTO; such an occasion would surely be regrettable for us all.

Not that this is a democracy, but I vote girl. Which I almost never do when it comes to you, because it feels like drag for some reason, but those girl outfits are awesome and there's only so much you can do with a slouchy suit and a fedora.
