FINALLY, just talked to Patty after huge problems getting through because of problems on the calling card service lines here in the US because of the storms.

SHE IS SO AWESOME AND I ADORE HER SO MUCH.

Also, her trench is having a contest with another trench involving the teenage girls calling each other demons. It wasn't exactly clear. It didn't need to be. It was AWESOME.

Semi-relatedly (as I am Patty's source of news out there) also, WTF, Anderson Cooper?

P.S., I'd really love some news that doesn't seem related to the apocalypse (because the weather here? the weather in Australia? the crap in Congress about rape? the latest in Egypt? ALL VERY ALARMING).

Trench fights FTW! I got in one of those once.

The HPV vaccine appears to work in boys as well, and the Google Art Project will allow millions of people to view museums they would otherwise have never seen, using StreetView-style camera scans and interface. I am virtually standing in Versailles' War Salon right now.
