Here's a really specific one:

There's a charity whereby company's with private jets donate the jets when not in use for emergency transport of people with life-threatening illnesses to locations that can actually treat them.

I can't remember what it's called.

Someone on my friendslist needs the info.

One you must know what I'm talking about.

I'm not sure I'm thinking of the same thing but the one that springs to mind is AngelFlight. But I think that one is private pilots volunteering their time and plane/gas to transport people.
