Raha sent me many CDs of goodness (or terror, depending on who you are and how often you talk to me)... just the track listings on some of them give me the fear (have you seen the track listing on Something for Everybody?), but it's great -- I've got my soundtrack all set up for just before dawn riding a bus somewhere between small places I don't understand.

That I now own a copy of the sunscreen song is absolute proof of Internet full-circle badness, I will say that.

I am also planning my food for the trip, now that I've picked up the gifts I'm brining -- CDs, clothes and my snacks for the road are my last concerns. Mmmm, poptarts and pepperoni.

How is West Wing such a popular show and yet we have the president we do? I mean I really, sincerely, do not get it, at all. Do we not think we deserve better? Probably. Sigh -- yet again, Lars von Trier had a point about Nicole Kidman and the bread thing at the opening of Dogville.

Meanwhile, I've decided to support Dean, and to actually do so actively. It's been a long time since I've really worked on a campaign (my college trip to North Carolina for Harvey Gantt), and the truth is, I miss it.
