(no subject)

Not much to say. There is financial drama at work, and I'm now concerned that I may be going to Oz with like $5 in my pocket. This is bad, and I've decided to be in denial about it until my boss gets back from his business trip at which point we're going to have a serious talk about the utter necessity of a resolution as opposed to "I'm trying really hard". A for effort works some days more than others. I'm not cancelling this trip though, I'm not eating the thousands of non-refundable dollars I've spent and I'm just not giving up on this tremendously important to me thing. I'm going to Australia -- I'm just not entirely sure how right now, I mean, other than "via airplane." So expect more on that on Wrdnesday.

Well, also HBO is rerunning the first season of Carnivale -- which you should all watch because it's fabulous.

It's very very cold here, and I get to ride the tall horse tomorrow.
