This is right near where I live, and I'd like to note it's not nearly so skeevy a neighborhood as this piece makesit out to be -- yes the neighborhood has street traffic, particularly at night, but life here is also filled with young professionals, children, a diverse ethnic mix, and a rather gentrified population. My parents like to come down here -- it's not how they describe it.
