After nailing an audition to the wall earlier (rawr!), I ran into someone from Counsellor, and it was good. Especially the timing. Like... yeah. I've no doubt that thus far the right set of things has occured, even if not in what I'd consider the right way.
I had a casting director tell me I look like Melanie Mayron last night.
I am coordinating a move for a client, but being a poor New Yorker have never used a moving service. I need several recommendations for real movers if anyone has them -- man with a van things, but like licensed, bonded, big truck, etc.

Thanks!

A user has heard the girls can be just as bad if not worse than boys. He asks for examples. And gets them, and keeps getting them. And then gets some more.

I make this unpleasant observance:
"We live in a world where "pretty girls are good girls" and bullied girls cannot defend themselves -- as it is easier for most teachers to take the side of good looking gregarious children, as opposed to the awkward, shy or increasingly embittered. It's a self-perpetuating loops for both genders, but one I suspect starts with greater ease for girls, who in all our social training, have so many fewer purposes."

but omit getting into the adult bullying that continues in all social groups, and especially, it seems, on the Internet. Anyone remember the wonder of the Friendditto conflagration?
