Apr. 1st, 2005 03:30 pmI am entering into the no-sleep weekend.
Between readings, dates, auditions and the reminder that the big Scottish parade thing is happening Saturday the amount of sleep I'll be getting over the next few days is more neglible than I would prefer. I also stayed up too late last night watching Pope news. Because the last papal electionis one of my earliest memories, and because they tell you all sorts of random arcane stuff they never tell you about the rituals surrounding all this stuff, I find it sort of mesmerizing. And I've always had a fondness for the eerie quiet of getting my news in the middle of the night, as if no one else is watching. When there was the coup in Russia, I stayed up all night watching, and in the morning my father yelled at me, until I explained what was going on.
Mostly though, I am only posting this to see the April 1 feature at hand that everyone has been nattering about, more or less incoherently and/or vaguely.
