good stuff
Jan. 17th, 2007 12:59 amI wrote 300 words I don't hate on the novel. And I'm not actually starting novel in 90 until Satuday. I think Amanda is the only person up on Elliot and the creepy not-twins. I was working on that. Remember that thing that started as a joke? I found value in it.
I also noodled a little on a monologue I've been writing.
I did, in fact, practice fencing tonight. Particularly the thing about trying not to raise my hand so much when I hit. I think I made some progress. And as dreadful as Monday's class was for me emotionally, I'm still looking forward to reentering the fray tomorrow.
The creepy fish is gone. I think it has been moved into the chihuahua home.
Tomorrow I get to go to Babycakes. That's always good.
I have a plan and a plan B for solving the Best Buy drama, which is waaaay inconvenient.
I am going to bed an hour earlier than usual tonight, starting my day earlier tomorrow and just making tomorrow a Doing More sort of day.
January remains the deadest dead time ever for acting stuff, but that's fine with me right now. It lets me get other ducks in a row.
I already mentioned the good Gather thing.
