- Getting things done. Work. Articles. Web stuff. Bills, SAG dues paid. Ordering dress. Strategizing for event, etc.
- Sandman rehearsal tonight (is it bad that my feelings about my characters can currently be summed up as "Delirium is a little girl. Desire likes to smell things?")
- Also do I want to go to Sirens? Is it the perfect thing for me to present some academic work at, or will it be too woman-focused to hold my attention (and for that matter, will any academic work I do for it actually wind up ticking people off, because I already have an idea that's, in part, a bit me being grumpy at beloved tropes)? Also, it's over my birthday. And it's in Vail. Vail. Are you fucking serious? I dunno. I guess I should see if Patty wants to go to Vail. But I feel ambivalent, especially with Gallifrey, Lunacon, Writercon and probably Dragon*Con already on the schedule. That's really enough. Also? Things you never want to see in a FAQ: Will I Get Altitude Sickness?
That's really it, but I feel very productive and grown up. It's not a Ianto Jones day in the sense that I've already knocked out all the crap and it's before noon (so there wasn't enough junk to do for it to really count), but it's definitely a Ianto Jones is smug day. I'm going to go get myself a spectacular lunch.
