Talked to Patty Sunday, but I did it via Skype and it was laggy and difficult and then she had to go because the electricity had come back on and she had to go look at slides, so I am going to try to call her again tomorrow. She gets the text messages I send her, but apparently she has sent some to me I have not received. This stuff is hard.

Working later in the day this week which is not exactly fun. But I've been feeling unwell and it's about 5 degrees out, so I am grateful for the slow start to this morning. Mornings will, I guess be for research. At least I can watch DVDs in bed.

Apparently I could read World War Z / RPF crossovers ALL DAY. Sometimes because they're good. Sometimes because... WHAT IS THIS, I DON'T EVEN.

kmo's cat was shot and, after initial vet work in his home state of Maryland, he has to drive the poor kitty to Arkansas to have her leg amputated. He's asking for donations regarding her care.
