No indication of vote being likely to happen.
Majority leader wants to "wrap up business"
Apparently there was time to declare today State Onion Day but not to vote on a bill that 56% of New Yorkers support.

Apparently the 32nd vote has been secured.

IF the thing comes to the floor and this is true it WILL pass.

But we are so down to the wire.


ETA:
- Further unconfirmed reports circulating at capitol in Albany say we have a surplus of votes.
- If vote comes it will be late tonight.
- Protesters on both sides currently breaking, expecting this to go into the evening hours or later.
- Phone-banking is happening in NYC, Albany, possibly other locations tonight between 5:30 - 9pm

Pro-equality groups have been informed THE MARRIAGE EQUALITY VOTE IN NEW YORK IS THE LAST ITEM ON TONIGHT'S AGENDA.
